Description 

During the one-year (full time) time frame of this course, on successful completion you will receive an NFQ Level 5 QQI Award in Tourism with Business (& Amadeus CRS qualification). This course offers internationally recognised qualifications taught by academic staff with relevant experience in the tourism and airline industry. The course includes practical cabin crew training in a simulated aircraft in conjunction with the Academy of Aviation at Dublin Airport. A great bonus to this course is that many employers in the travel industry contact the college directly when recruiting staff. Work experience is also a dominant element to this course. This course is both suitable for school leavers and those looking for a career change alike.

Career Opportunities 

Students who successfully complete this course will attain an NFQ Level 5 QQI Award in Tourism with Business (& Amadeus CRS qualification). Students will be qualified to apply for cabin crew jobs with airlines in Ireland or abroad. or jobs in the tourism sector. The tourism sector is an integral part of Ireland’s employment base. It supports over 300,000 jobs in Ireland and is hugely important for Irish culture.
