PLC – Tourism with Business – Central College Limerick
Objectives of the Course:
This course is aimed at students who wish to enhance their skills in the Tourism & Hospitality industry. Over the duration of one year, the course encourages students to gain supervisory experience in various tourism related areas including airports, tour guide, travel agents and event management. This course also provides work experience for all students.

Future Careers:
Students who successfully complete this course will receive a QQI Level 5 Award in Tourism (5M5011) and can pursue employment in Hospitality, Travel Agencies, Airline Cabin Crew and Tourism Information Offices.
On successful completion of the course, students will also have the opportunity to progress through the CAO to degree programmes in Higher Education Institutions which can be found on www.cao.ie and www.qqi.ie .
