Aer Lingus Future Pilot Programme 

The Aer Lingus Future Pilot Programme is an intensive training programme which takes place in Spain over the course of 14 months. It is one of the only fully funded programmes available to aspiring pilots. It is open to applicants over the age of 18, who need not have any flying experience. Competition is high as only about 16 places are available to between 5,000-8,000 applicants. Successful applicants will be trained to fly the Airbus A320 NEO and older A320 aircraft and will be given an excellent opportunity to fly with Irelands only 4-star airline. Aer Lingus have huge career progression opportunities which would allow for future captain roles and Trans-Atlantic flying. 

Aer Lingus are looking for talented, motivated people who have a passion for aviation. If you have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and can work well in a team this is probably something you should consider applying for!
