The Irish Aviation Students’ Association (IASA) was founded in 2015 by a group of passionate and driven aviation students who saw the need for a dedicated platform to connect students with the vast opportunities in the aviation industry. Since its inception, IASA has grown to become Ireland’s leading student-run aviation organization, helping students from both second and third-level education explore and pursue careers in aviation.

At IASA, our mission is to bridge the gap between students and the aviation industry by providing unparalleled exposure to career paths, professional development opportunities, and direct engagement with industry experts. We aim to inspire, educate, and connect the next generation of aviation professionals, helping them navigate their future careers with confidence.

IASA is run entirely by third-level students who are ambitious about aviation and dedicated to supporting their peers. Our team consists of aviation students from various backgrounds, all committed to creating valuable opportunities for students across Ireland. We work tirelessly to showcase the many possibilities within the aviation sector, ensuring that students from both second and third-level education have access to the resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities necessary to succeed.
