EY Summer Internship
EY Ireland's Summer Internship Programme offers students hands-on experience in Assurance, Tax, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, and Law. Interns work on real client projects and receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and networking opportunities, enhancing their technical and soft skills. The programme also includes social events and well-being sessions, promoting a balanced work-life experience. Upon completion, high-performing interns may receive offers for graduate positions.
PWC Summer Internship
PwC Ireland offers a Summer Internship Programme for students in their penultimate year of university. This eight-week paid internship provides hands-on experience in areas such as Assurance, Tax, Risk Assurance, Consulting, Deals Advisory, and Actuary. Interns participate in a comprehensive employability programme designed to enhance business acumen, interpersonal skills, and teamwork capabilities.
SMBC Internship
SMBC Aviation Capital’s annual Internship Programme offers two MSc students a nine-month placement, providing valuable hands-on experience in aviation leasing. Interns work closely with industry professionals on key projects, gaining insights into the financial and operational aspects of the sector. The programme offers mentorship and the opportunity to build a strong foundation for a career in aviation finance. Successful interns may also be considered for future graduate roles within the company.
Eirtech Graduate Programme
The Eirtech Graduate Program runs for two years, starting in September or October, with 4-6 candidates each year. Participants attend several PART 21-related courses and gain hands-on experience primarily in the Shannon office, with options to work in Belfast, London, or Singapore. The hiring process begins in April, and successful completion of the program leads to a full-time role as a PART 21 Design Engineer. Eirtech has a 100% transfer rate to full employment after the program's completion. This highly successful program has been running for four years, providing a strong foundation for aspiring engineers.

Ryanair offers a comprehensive Graduate Programme designed to provide participants with hands-on experience across various departments, including Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Operations, IT Labs, Finance, Legal, and more. Graduates engage in rotations through key business areas, receive mentorship from senior leadership, and work on strategic projects that impact the company's operations. DAE Graduate Programme
The DAE Graduate Program is an 18-month immersive experience for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience across various aviation departments. The program offers insight into areas like Aircraft Investor Services, Pricing and Risk Management, and Finance. ORIX Aviation's Graduate Programme
ORIX Aviation's Graduate Programme is a year-long opportunity based in Dublin, designed for recent graduates or final-year students from all academic disciplines. Participants are placed in specific teams such as Aircraft and Asset Management Origination, Commercial, Corporate Planning and Investment, Credit Risk, or Financial Operations and Contracts Management, where they engage in meaningful work assignments and cross-functional projects.
