AirNav Student Controller Program
The AirNav Student Controller Program is a comprehensive pathway to becoming a fully qualified air traffic controller. Training lasts two to three years, depending on specialisation, and is based at one of AirNav’s state-of-the-art training facilities in Shannon. Participants receive hands-on experience, expert mentorship, and real-time operations exposure. By the program's conclusion, graduates are fully certified controllers, ready to manage air traffic safely and efficiently.
Aer Lingus Customer Services
Join Aer Lingus as a Check-In Agent and be the first point of contact for passengers, helping to ensure their journey starts smoothly. In this customer service role, you’ll verify travel documents, assist with baggage, and make seating arrangements to ensure families sit together. You’ll also provide reassurance to nervous passengers, playing a key role in creating a positive travel experience.
Aer Lingus Baggage Handling & Ramp Ops

Flight Planners carefully assess weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and fuel requirements to map out the best route for each aircraft. In this role, you’ll help ensure our crew arrive on time, support ground handlers in achieving quick 25-minute turnarounds, and assist in planning the most efficient flight routes.
