AirNav Student Controller Program

The AirNav Student Controller Program is a comprehensive pathway to becoming a fully qualified air traffic controller. Training lasts two to three years, depending on specialisation, and is based at one of AirNav’s state-of-the-art training facilities in Shannon. Participants receive hands-on experience, expert mentorship, and real-time operations exposure. By the program's conclusion, graduates are fully certified controllers, ready to manage air traffic safely and efficiently.
